Estate franchise The Good Estate Agent


You will earn money from direct sales and from agents you recruit within your territory. As a franchise owner you earn 90% of all income generated on initial sales and lettings and 75% recurring income on lettings management. The fees you charge are flexible and may be tailored to your local market.

You can increase your earnings by recruiting additional agents. Agents are paid 50% of commissions earned, leaving you an additional 40% income. Add to this the residual management income, and the profits go up and up! There’s really nothing remaining for you to do other than to go out, get business and recruit agents.
