What do you need to succeed?
Previous sales experience isn’t necessary – though you will need the self-discipline, commercial mind and genuine motivation to run your own Direct Sales business.
What natural abilities do you need to demonstrate?
- An ‘entrepreneurial approach’ – able to spot opportunities and think for yourself.
- Great people skills, with an ability to connect with people easily.
You’ll work in a variety of venues selected by you. Your sites will include high footfall supermarket venues – and we’ll trust in your local knowledge to ensure you can build the best possible business, whilst enjoying working in the great outdoors.
In return for an industry leading reward of 80% commission on sales, you will be expected to invest the cost of your Sites, invoiced in arrears to you.
