What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for special people to join our team who have a blend of skills and passion bordering on fanaticism to delivering world class customer service. Ideally, you would have worked in a sales or management role for a company that would have enabled you to acquire sound business skills or will have previous experience of running your own customer facing business.
You will have well developed people skills and will be able to demonstrate highly attuned listening and problem solving skills. You will be a first class communicator both verbally and in the written form and will be equally relaxed talking to one person or presenting your ideas to a group.
‘Attention to detail’, a ‘passion for excellence’, and ‘highly driven’ are terms that people would use to describe you.
Whilst no Einstein or technology guru you must be numerically competent and confident in the use of basic computer applications.
As a guide the finance required to open a PACK & SEND store in the UK is in the region of between £85,000 and £130,000 (including working capital) of which franchisees would need to have at least 30% – 50% as liquid funds. A franchisee will therefore need a minimum of £30,000 to £60,000 in liquid funds. The balance can be raised through a bank financing and PACK & SEND franchisees enjoy favourable lending terms with our banking partners
