Dolly Char is a quite unique domestic cleaning management franchise that operates within the domestic cleaning market and a member of the AFA. We provide a cleaning service for customers who are looking for domestic cleaning help and our job is to find the right cleaning maid to match each customers particular requirements. After we have done our job the customer retains the domestic cleaner directly and we charge a quarterly fee for the service provided. In the event that the domestic cleaner leaves or the customer in the unlikely event is unhappy for whatever reason we will find them a replacement domestic cleaner as quickly as possible. We do not do the domestic cleaning ourselves! Also we do not employ domestic cleaners we simply hire them out to our clients – we provide a recruitment domestic cleaning service to our clients on an agency/introduction basis.
