The Franchise Package
Bluebird Care offers a comprehensive business support package tailored to get our franchise owners started quickly and confidently and on their way to business success.
The Bluebird Care business support package includes:
- Franchise owner training course and ongoing support including coaching and mentoring
- Assistance with key staff recruitment
- Initial start-up pack including stationery and staff uniforms
- IT hardware and software
- Business systems
- Guidance through the care registration process

- Licensing rights to defined territory
- Licensing rights to use the Bluebird Care business systems and manual
- Exclusive marketing rights to defined territory
- Assistance with sourcing premises

The price of the franchise package is £37,500 +VAT.
In addition to the franchise package fee start-up costs and working capital will need consideration. Typically the total investment is approximately £115,000.
We enjoy a long-standing relationship with 4 of the leading High Street banks who are willing to lend (to Bluebird Care franchise owners) up to 70% of the overall investment required (subject to status). Therefore, the final 30% is your stake in the overall investment in un-borrowed funds.
